How long does it take to ship my order?

Your order will ship in 3 business days.

 

Do you do custom orders?

Yes! Please contact us via email, jjulycreations@gmail.com, to get a quote. Please note that custom order do take time to process.

 

Can I place a large order with you?

Yes! Just make sure to place it a month in advance when you need the order completed. This will ensure your order can be completed.

 

How long will it take you to answer?

I will answer you as soon as I can. I do work a full-time job outside of this.

 

Why is there hair in my transfer tape?

You have been blessed by our little helpers! My dogs, Dale and Brennan, hang out with me when I work on stickers/decals. They are our helpers!

 

Is there dog hair on your clothes?

We don’t let the dogs near the clothes, but they may be a wild stand that gets on since the dogs are in the same building. I do lint roll all clothing before shipping. Please note most clothing has gone to outdoor craft shows and markets.
